Terms of Service — Mr. Crabs Bot

1. Acceptance

By inviting or using Mr. Crabs ("the Bot") in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description

Mr. Crabs is a Discord gambling/economy bot that provides virtual currency games, shop items, passive income assets, and related entertainment features. All currency is virtual and has no real-world value.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country). Gambling features are for entertainment purposes only.

4. Proper Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use automated scripts or macros to interact with the Bot
• Harass other users through Bot features
• Attempt to crash, spam, or disrupt the Bot's operation
• Sell, trade, or transfer virtual currency for real money

5. Virtual Currency

• All balances, items, and assets are virtual and have no monetary value
• The Bot owner reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove any user's data at any time
• Virtual currency cannot be refunded or exchanged for real money
• Abuse of the economy system may result in data reset or ban

6. Availability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty. The owner makes no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or feature availability. The Bot may be taken offline or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Bot owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including lost virtual currency, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
